A LETTER from THE EDITOR
BULLSHIT LIT IS BACK!
I know, I know. You’ve heard it before, but this time it’s real.
I still have about one million emails to respond to—please trust that if you’ve contacted me, I have received your message and it is in the queue. Prioritizing responses to authors I have already worked with and to people who have placed orders.
Between HORNS and Online Features, I have over 200 submissions to read. If another publisher has acted more quickly than I, please send a withdrawal email! If you so desire, feel free to bump your OF sub in my inbox—this is a rare situation in which pushiness is rewarded. No need to bump HORNS stuff.
As of now, the Online Features section of the site once again alive and kicking. A poem from TWENTYSOMETHING by Megan Williams (out this December) is up on the site now—give it a look! Meg’s book is also available to pre-order. It’s very good but I will make another post on Instagram about that.
My current plan is to release the fifth issue of HORNS on Valentine’s Day 2026 (good things cum to those who wait), mainly containing pieces which have already been submitted. That said, if you have a great piece of smutty art or writing, shoot it my way.
The fourth anthology will be released towards the beginning of next summer, with submissions for that opening around the turn of the year.
I am [one trip to USPS] away from being all caught up on sending out orders and contributor copies. If you think something has been lost in the mail, holler! Because I did a bad job of sending out annual subscriptions, those of you who partake will (in addition to the books en route to you) get some bonus goodies in the first half of next year.
A couple more things on my list: bettering the BULLSHIT newsletter, author payouts, making PDFs of everything available in the shop again, generally moving in a bulldozeresque fashion.
Once more, the biggest thank you to everyone who has been patient with me. Tomorrow, October 8, is the 4th birthday of BULLSHIT. BULLSHIT is my baby and I am so appreciative that y’all have continued to support this project.
Love y’all. More is on the way, & feel free to reach out with any questions, qualms, or quarrels.

p.s. I gave the Shitbull a facelift.
